Being pregnant is exciting enough! That’s why we do everything we can to guide you and your baby well. It is nice when the contact with the midwife and other professionals in our practice is professional and pleasant. Hopefully we can take away any dissatisfaction through a good conversation. Nevertheless, it may happen that you have a complaint.
1. Discuss your complaint with your midwife
Do you find yourself with questions? Or doubts? Are you dissatisfied with something? Tell us. We are happy to take the time to talk with you calmly.
2. Engage our complaints officer
Are you unable to work things out with us? Or would you like help filing a complaint? Then contact the complaints officer of the CBKZ (Central Office for Complaint Management in Health Care). She (or he) is impartial, works independently and will be happy to help you with support and advice. The complaints officer also mediates in finding a solution. Everything you tell the complaints officer is confidential. The CBKZ external complaints officer can be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday (from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:30) at 088 – 0245123. You can also send an e-mail to klachtverloskunde@cbkz.nl. For more information, visit www.klachtverloskunde.nl.
