More about the 20-week ultrasound

The ultrasound operator can usually tell if the child is a boy or girl. You will only be told this if you ask for it yourself. The 20-week ultrasound is a medical examination. The ultrasound operator must tell you everything that can be seen. So you cannot have a partial ultrasound. It is also not dangerous for you or your child.
