Therefore, make sure that you reserve enough time in your daily schedule for the appointment. Sometimes a delay is unavoidable. If you unexpectedly cannot keep your appointment, you should contact the practice in time to cancel or reschedule the appointment. If an appointment is not kept or cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged for the reserved time, the no-show rate. The amount charged will depend on the time reserved in advance.
