Canceling an appointment

Because the check-ups and ultrasounds during your pregnancy are important for you and your baby, we always ask you to come to your check-up appointments on time. If there is an urgent reason why you really cannot come, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment time. If you do not show up for your appointment or have not called > 24 hours in advance, we are forced to charge a fee to compensate somewhat for lost time. This fee will not be reimbursed by your health insurance company. We ask you to report to the assistant at least 5 minutes before your appointment time, this way our consultation hours do not run out because someone is late.
